The Week Ahead - 5-11 July

Here are this week’s major transits:

5 July: Sun sextile Uranus

The sextile aspect offers up cooperation and new information. Often during these aspects it is easier to connect the dots or to discover the ways in which things correspond or relate. With the Sun in Cancer and Uranus in Taurus, we may discover an imaginative way to express our heart’s desire.

6 July: Mercury square Neptune

The last of three squares (as Mercury leaves their post-retrograde shadow) may reveal some vital information that until now has been eluding us. We may find ourselves having to make a decision on this day based on the info we have on hand.

7 July: Venus opposite Saturn. Venus trine Chiron.

I’ll be writing a longer post on this aspect on the day but for now here’s a quick take:

Venus in Leo opposing Saturn in Aquarius is a cosmic reminder to not lose ourselves in the search for acceptance from others. Healing comes from living our values.

8 July: Venus square Uranus

Expect a shock. You may learn something surprising about a loved one or you may receive jolting news that may have you scrambling to adjust your course and set sail in a new direction.

9 July: New Moon in Cancer

I’ll be writing a longer post on this but this is a New Moon that heralds a fresh

start on the home front as Cancer is associated with the home, property, Mother, parents/parenting and self-nourishment.
